This unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom sleeps 6 total with the double futon couch (extremely comfortable) in the living room. A large full kitchen, washer/dryer, 48" smart tv in the living room has digital cable, blu ray player and smart apps for internet streaming. Both bedrooms have queen beds and dressers. Wifi, AC and one free parking stall is included. The building has a large pool, sundeck, hot tub. There is a 24 hour gym on site. Please note that although this unit is set to sleep 6 people in 3 beds, it would be a little tight for 6 adults. The bathroom is not accessible through the living room therefore guests sleeping in the living room will have to walk through one of the bedrooms to access the bathroom at night.
