A balcony (or lanai as we call them here in Hawai'i) provides beautiful mountain and city views, a great place to capture one of Waikiki's famous sunsets. Beautiful ocean views and of Fort DeRussy Park can be seen from the front walkway, front door and kitchen window. This unit features a shower/tub combination. Air conditioning is provided, but rarely necessary as this is a high floor with great breezes throughout the year. Another great feature of this unit is it is only one floor below the top penthouse floor, with very quiet neighbors on all sides. Updated doors and windows also help keep any city noise out for your enjoyment. Common area laundry facilities are located on your floor, as well as in the lobby. We use a refillable laundry card that takes credit/debit cards in our vending area in the lobby.
